Welcome to this beautifully designed spacious one bedroom and one bathroom apartment with open space to enjoy the sunshine with a cup of coffee in the morning and relax with a glass of fine New Zealand wine in the afternoon. We have more than five apartments in the same building, each with a fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to cook a great dinner including a toaster, kettle, hotplate, cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We also prepared cutlery and cutlery. In the living and dining areas, floor-to-ceiling sash windows provide ample sunlight for relaxing. Comes with a comfortable 2 seater sofa, 30" Smart TV and Freeview channels. Dining table and chairs. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower, washing machine and laundry detergent.
