Recently renovated Art Deco walking distance to CBD. New kitchen and appliances, Gas Hobbs and all the equipment you need to cook and prepare meals. New bathroom with shower and toilet and extra toilet in laundry. Polished floors throughout, simple and comfortable. Large Smart TV with Sky Sport and Netflix. Heat pump for winter and cooling for summer. Covered in porch. Pets by approval only.
I enjoy sharing my beautiful homes so guests can have a homely, comfortable place to enjoy a holiday or work trip. I like to create a really pleasant feeling for my guests to enhance their experience.
I offer a pet friendly houses so you can have the ultimate holiday with the "whole" family.
When I'm not in NZ I live in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast and manage the Nautilus Noosa Holiday Resort - a dream job working in paradise! Accommodation and hosting guests is my passion.
A short walk CBD and to Marina Precinct Cafes and Bars and a short drive to everything Gisborne has to offer.
