Central Park Apartments and Motel units was established on November 2017 and was built with comfort and quality in mind. We have amazing Mountain views from all of our 2 bedroom Apartments upstairs balconies and the Studio Motel units face in to our Garden Courtyard on the Ground Floor or in our Daytona Complex. Warm and cosy in Winter with reverse cycle air conditioning and underfloor heating. We are a few minutes drive from the CBD Shops, Restaurants, Pool and Lake. Amazing walk and bike trails with many Wineries to choose from for a taste of our Central Otago finest.

Our closest Neighbour is Highlands Experience the Exceptional - Motorsport Park. As much Adrenalin as you like can be poured over the race track every day. It is said you should do at least one thing a day to scare yourself... Or take the less scary option and challenge your friends to a Go Cart race. A coffee at the Cafe while admiring the multi million dollar complex and the Museum fill of Cars and Motorsport history.
We are surrounded by beautiful Mountains and in the Heart of Wine country. Walks and bike tracks meander all over the hills and beside our amazing Lakeside. Spring brings blossom to all the Fruit trees and promise the bountiful crop of Cherries and stone fruits Cromwell is famous for. Come see for yourself...
