OneCiti is a leading apartment management company, offering a unique hybrid service model for both long-term and short-term rentals. We currently manage over 400 apartments in Auckland city and the city fringe and more than 15 short-term properties. Most of our key pick-ups will be accessible 24/7 through a secure lockbox located nearby or in the same building, depending on the property, for your convenience.
Our office is open from 9am-6pm (NZ time), and guests are welcome to pop in for any inquiries or a quick chat during these hours. We’ll give you space but will be just a message or phone call away if you need anything. Please note that after hours, there may be a short delay in response.

Our cosy studio is perfect for both business and leisure travelers, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. It features a comfy queen bed for a restful night’s sleep, a well-equipped kitchen (no oven), a microwave, and a living area with a sofa, Smart TV, and a breakfast bar with two bar stools. Enjoy free unlimited WiFi, fresh towels and linens, and a welcome pack of essentials. The private bathroom includes a shower for your convenience.
There are USB plugs behind bedside table and above fridge freezer, and there is a washer/dryer combo tucked away in the bathroom for added convenience
Please note: The window in the room does not open as part of the building’s structure. There is a door connecting the adjacent hotel room which has been permanently locked for security purposes.

All guests must complete an online pre-check-in form prior to their arrival. After your booking is confirmed, the host will reach out to you with a link to the form. You will be asked to upload a photo ID (passport or driver’s license) for verification, and a refundable damage deposit is required as per our damage policy. Please note that the self-check-in instructions will only be sent after the form and deposit are completed.
Key pick-up is in the same building, inside a secure lockbox accessible 24/7. Detailed instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival or earlier.
