Most of our key pick-ups will be accessible 24/7 through a secure lockbox located nearby or in the same building, depending on the property, for your convenience. Our office is open from 9am-6pm (NZ time), and guests are welcome to pop in for any inquiries or a quick chat during these hours. We’ll give you space but will be just a message or phone call away if you need anything. Please note that after hours, there may be a short delay in response.

There is a door connecting the adjacent hotel room which has been permanently locked for security purposes. Since this is a privately owned apartment in the Heritage Hotel, please reach out to us with any questions. All guests must complete an online pre-check-in form prior to their arrival. After your booking is confirmed, the host will reach out to you with a link to the form. You will be asked to upload a photo ID (passport or driver’s license) for verification, and a refundable damage deposit is required as per our damage policy. Please note that the self-check-in instructions will only be sent after the form and deposit are completed. Key pick-up is in the same building, inside a secure lockbox accessible 24/7. Detailed instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival or earlier.
