The house enjoys open plan living / kitchen / dining which flows onto a garden and patio, two bedrooms (+ office) - sleeps a max of 5 guests, one bathroom, a large fully fenced sunny garden and patio with a lounge area for enjoying the ocean views. The house is spread out over one single level. The open plan living / dining / kitchen flows out to the garden and patio, with stunning coastal views. Kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, including a microwave, dishwasher, full oven, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. The house has two bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 5 guests. Bedroom one features a Queen bed, and bedroom two has two Single beds with the option of an additional trundler bed. The house is equipped with oil fin heaters to keep guests warm during the cooler months, and plug in fans will keep guests cool during the summer. The property has a fully fenced garden and patio, which is a lovely place to relax in the sun, and where young children are able to roam free. There is also a gas BBQ is available for your use. There is one off street parking space available, and plenty of on street parking.

Your hosts are born and bred NZ'ers and the North Shore of Auckland has been our home for our entire lives! We have travelled extensively throughout the world and have settled in NZ with our family. Adele works as a professional in corporate IT, and Jason owns the local Panelbeater's shops. We both love travelling and exploring new places, and enjoy being both guests and hosts too! Rothesay Bay is a small family friendly coastal suburb on the North Shore in Auckland's East Coast Bays region. The main attraction here is the small open reserve with a beautiful swimming beach, with plenty of spots for a picnic or for the kids to run around. Facilities include a playground, toilets, picnic tables and seating and a car park inside the park. There is also a dinghy ramp accessible from Rothesay Bay Road. Conveniently located just a short stroll away from Rothesay Bay Beach, the coastal track and parks, as well as local cafes and transport - this home is the perfect escape for families or small groups. Nearby is Browns Bay which is a vibrant busier beachside suburb with plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It is approx a 10 minute walk from Braemar Road. At low tide you can walk around the rocks, or at high tide over the top via the clifftop path.
