Yes, 7 bedrooms (when using the downstairs rumpus room and sunroom as bedrooms) so plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Relax in the sun until late in the evening on the huge 8m by 8m balcony and covered outdoor living and dining area. You may see Tui's quail, wood-pigeons and parakeets flying around and will enjoy the sound of birdsong and cicadas instead of traffic! After exploring the beautiful Bay, swimming with the dolphins, fishing, sailing, golfing or dozens of other options, what better way to finish than to relax on balcony with a cold drink to review another awesome day, the ones memories are made of. You will have 3 double bedrooms, the kitchen, dining, lounge and bathroom upstairs and a 4th, 5th, 6th bed/rumpus room & 7th bed/sunroom downstairs, as well as the laundry. Even with 12 people there is no issue with queues for the bathroom. You have a bath with a shower over it, then a separate door to the second shower, and toilet is a separate room from both of them. In the kitchen you have everything you would expect, plus a toastie maker, slow cooker, rice cooker, air popcorn maker, filter coffee machine and double hotplate. Plus there is a large, quality BBQ you will use a lot!

One inconvenience with some holiday homes is having to pack and bring all the linen, which can be cumbersome, especially for up to 12 people. Additionally, upon arrival, making all the beds is not ideal for a relaxing holiday. To alleviate this, we provide everything you need, including sheets, pillows, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, and beach towels. Moreover, all beds will be made up for your convenience. This provides a much better start to your holiday. There is no extra fee for the linen, unlike many other places who charge additional costs. We kindly ask that you leave the place clean and tidy as you found it upon arrival (changing the beds is included). There is ample off-road parking adjacent to the house, along with a boat and car wash area, which is provided to you free of charge. Although there are still many available dates, it is important to note that summer bookings typically begin to come in during this month.
