Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.
Please note children under 2 years is charge NZD 20 per person per night in child's cot/crib OR NZD 10 per person per night if guest provides their own bedding.
For bookings of 4 or more rooms all guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay.
Please note that any payment being made by Eftpos or Cash will incur a $200 Bond.Your bond will be refunded upon departure,less any extra charge to room.

A damage deposit of NZD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
