Roast marshmallows in the braizer. We have a small TV with a video library. Presently purposely un-plugged with no wifi, but we do have a small television with a DVD player and DVD's for those that want to watch a movie We use high quality linen/cotton bedding and careful thought to furnishings by repurposing. We care a lot about our imprint so use eco products, no excess packaging, recycle and repurpose ♻️, and an easy to use waterless composting toilet. We can provide infant cot/ child foam mattress on request. Small dogs on request, note, we do not have any suitable fencing and we recommend you bring your own cretes of take them with you on your outings The cabin is nestled into the back of the cowshed on an 2 acre of land. It has a full kitchen and is set up with a hot plate, electric frypan, Weber bbq, microwave, All you need is your meal ingredients

We are a family of 5 and all work the cowshed cabin and animals, Corrine's background is Group Travel and Interior Design, presently property development and artist, Sherridan is the head brewer at Croucher Brewery. We are proud of Rotorua and have hosted many Woofers and are airbnb Super Hosts. Our land has been in the family for 4 generations and you might see us about when we feed and move our friendly sheep and cows around the property and if we are around we welcome you to pat and feed our friendly sheep and cows

Location, times, and distances Auckland city 224km, 2 hours 30 min drive. Auckland airport 212km, 2 hours 20 min. Our location is North of Rotorua city and it takes 15 mins to drive to the city and 23 min to the beautiful Redwoods Forest. 45 minutes to the beaches of Mt Maunganui and 45 min to Hobbiton in Matamata. For provisions. Closest is a dairy on Hamurana Road. (1 min drive turn left at bottom of our road). 4 Square Ngongotaha Village (5 km from cabin), Woolworths on Fairy Springs Road (8 km from cabin).
