My home is conveniently located just a 7-minute drive from the city center, making it easy to explore Christchurch. Located in a peaceful and safe suburb of Christchurch, our home is close to everything you need. The Palms Shopping Centre and Avon River are just a 5-minute walk away, and you’ll find lovely riverside paths, bike trails, and local cafés nearby. We’re only 7-10 minutes from the city center, Hagley Park, and the Canterbury Museum. Bus stops are within walking distance, making it easy to explore without a car. The area is quiet and green, ideal for both short and long stays.
