We are a busy young family who really enjoy making Golfer’s Nest as good as we can for our guests so that they can enjoy their time in Dunedin.

Bordering on Dunedin’s premier golf course, it’s easy to get in a quick 9 or 18 holes while staying at Golfer’s Nest. If golf isn’t your thing, there are plenty of nearby trails for bush walking or mountain biking. Or for those who prefer to wine and dine, drive or wander just 900m to one of Dunedin’s best restaurants and coffee spots - Balmac No. 7. It is only 2.7km down the hill to Dunedin Public Hospital and the University of Otago, and 1.2km to Mercy Hospital. Better yet, the bus stop is right outside!
