Take the 125 bus from the Airport to home (10 minutes and 4 dollars Large fireplace , Heat Pump. and Air Con. Gas Hob in well-equipped kitchen. Queen bed SHARED BATHROOM WITH HOST AND MAYBE 1 STUDENT. TV & Smart device for Netflix in room. High speed Internet. Own private deck with furniture, lawn & garden.Fully fenced. Off street parking,full security cameras and lighting surrounds Fully re-decorated. Close to amenities/Shopping Centre Bus stop at gate. I have a Chiawawa and a Maltese very friendly dogs(which will bark at you at the gate but there is all they will do)😂
Hi I have been hosting Airbnb for nearly 6 years with over 150, five star reviews, been a Suoerhodt for 6 years…I love having guests in my house and I like you to make yourself at home, Have a bath, use the kitchen. To add to your privacy I have a great fenced off area for you, with private entrance/ exit. I am very friendly and outgoing and will help you in anyway possible, I manage Five Dementia Resthomes,and a nurse., Have two very cute dogs, two sons not living at home, (One is married living down south and the other son at University Halls).
Place is close to the airport, we have a bus stop right outside that takes you to the City Centre, Riccarton Mall also to Northlands Mall, these are two of the biggest ones in Christchurch. If you chose to walk to Northlands Mall would only take you about 15 minutes. We have many parks nearby which is a great place to go for a walk/run😄 We also have some lakes near us, probably about a 10 minute drive which you can drive to and you can go there for a swim on a hot day ,it’s not too far from here. We are about three minutes away from the Motorway, so if you need to go to Hornby Dress Mart for cheap shopping ,it would only take you about six minutes drive. A five minute walk would get you to the Supermarket ,( New World) ,Bottle-store,Chemists etc, it’s a small shopping Centre. The airport is about eight minutes drive, near the airport is where they have a lot of food places, Restaurants , Subway, Japanese, KFC, and of course McDonald’s…😊, and so many more, it’s called SPITFIRE.. There is also an award-winning cafe called Copenhagen , Which serves great breakfast and lunches and it would be about a five minute walk. Little High is a great place for dinner, with a large array of restaurants in one place.
