A beautiful home for you to enjoy. Easy walking distance to the city center, and Esplanade. Open plan living downstairs - kitchen, dinning and lounge as well as a large laundry and toilet. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - master with queen size bed and smaller room with a singe bed, as well as a second bathroom - toilet, vanity and shower. Air con downstairs and double glazed. Gorgeous garden to relax in.
