The cottage has a large main room with a queen size bed, large desk and space to eat. There is also a large en-suite with a shower.
We have a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and mini hob in the room for preparing simple meals.
Laundry facilities are available in the main house.
There is a TV with antenna in the cottage and Wi-Fi is free and available.
There is a large courtyard with a BBQ that guests are welcome to use.
Enjoy a friendly welcome at our guest cottage, a large private bedroom and bathroom separate from the main house.
We are a family of 5, we enjoy hosting people.
We are nestled at the base of the beautiful port hills in the Christchurch suburb of Opawa.
On the Heathcote River and next to Hansen Park there are many beautiful places to explore.
We are close to the city centre, the Adventure Park and the beaches.
There are cafés and restaurants in our local area plus a supermarket and bus routes within walking distance.
The area is great for mountain biking and hiking as tracks are immediately accessible (5 mins) from our garden gate - no driving needed!
