A newly fitted 3-Bedroom townhouse with garage 5 mins walk to Auckland city centre, hidden away in a quiet courtyard quiet and sunny. It has a courtyard garden and two terraces. Large Garage + 2 off-street car parks; a rare find in the city. "A lovely clean house with air con in an excellent location. Walking distance to everywhere with lots of hot water for both bathrooms" Walk to: - Vic Park with skateboard Park - 2 mins (exercise/fun) - 7 mins to Wynyard Quarter (fun) - 8 mins to Harbour (restaurants) - 10 mins to Queen St (shopping)
Outgoing and friendly couple with good experience of hosting. We appreciate tidy tenants in this new beautifully furnished townhouse and know you will love the location where you can walk to everywhere - the Marina, Harbourfront or heart of the city - Queen Street - all in ten minutes. Can contact owner any reasonable time. I am 15 minutes away if a problem.
The harbour, Marina with fish market, Supermarket, Sky Tower and many restaurants and bars all within 5-10 minutes walk. Ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also.
