A newly fitted 3-Bedroom townhouse with garage 5 mins walk to Auckland city centre, hidden away in a quiet courtyard quiet and sunny. It has a courtyard garden and two terraces. Large Garage + 2 off-street car parks; a rare find in the city.

We appreciate tidy tenants in this new beautifully furnished townhouse and know you will love the location where you can walk to everywhere - the Marina, Harbourfront or heart of the city - Queen Street - all in ten minutes.
Can contact owner any reasonable time. I am 15 minutes away if a problem.
The harbour, Marina with fish market, Supermarket, Sky Tower and many restaurants and bars all within 5-10 minutes walk. Ferries to Waiheke Island and Devonport also.
