Private and tranquil, this 7 year old house is nestled down a 'right of way' with beautiful rural and pond views. It sits on a fish and bird sanctuary.
This is a unique place and provides space for either quiet relaxation or heaps of room for the kids to run around. The Domain and tennis courts are just a couple of minutes walk away. It's a 5 minute walk into the village and a short drive to the most amazing beaches and world class golf courses.
Internal design has been focussed on a traditional bach look and feel.
The property is down a private right of way and is surrounded by farm land and a pond on one side of the house while the other side backs onto the Domain. Its very quiet and chilled.
During the summer months there is a free bus service between the Village and the Heads Beach.
