This three bedroomed home is on a private sunny section, with mature trees that are popular with Tuis and other native birds.
It is an easy walk to Ruby Bay beach and a 10 minute walk to Mapua. There are beaches short distance by car also. Rivers for trout fishing etc. There is so much to see & do.
I am on site and am available if you should have any questions. If people want privacy I accommodate as much as I can & also if they want to chat I love that too if I'm around.
There is an 18yr old cat (Lilly )
That lives on the same property but sleeps in a different dwelling. She only enters if invited.
There is public transport in Mapua and Ruby Bay
