Whether you're a business traveler looking for proximity to the CBD without the need for a car, a couple seeking a convenient urban retreat, or parents with children in tow, our apartment is the ideal choice. Special notes: Bicycle storage - We provide in-building storage for bicycles & charging facilities for e-bikes. City parking - Available at NZD2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times. Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery. Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
