Our place is comfortable, neat, and tidy. Location is ideal as everything is within reach. From shopping at Costco, Westgate Outlet shops, and Northwest Mall to kids playground at Royal Road Reserve and City fitness gym for teens and adult alike. Events Cinema and restaurants are also nearby. (Texas Chicken, Nando's, Slate, Cinta, Goode Brother's and Robert Harris cafe for the foodies). Countdown and PaknSave are also nearby.

2nd Level: kitchen and main living room plus balcony.
