Gorgeous cottage with un-interrupted sea and mountain views, located in quiet South Bay. Safe swimming beach in front of the cottage. 2 kayaks for your use and life jackets. Enjoy the views from the decking. Open plan living / dining area with panoramic views. Clean, tidy stand-a-lone cottage on own section with parking for 3 vehicles or 2 and a boat. Close to start of popular peninsular walk. Golf course 5 mins away by car.
Restaurants and Bars 5 mins away in the main Kaikoura township by car or walk into Kaikoura (20 mins). Plenty to see and do in Kaikoura
Pets welcome (up to 2 dogs only)
We are a family of 4, that have loved Kaikoura and spent a lot of time here walking, fishing, diving, golf and kayaking etc. We now call Kaikoura home. We enjoy travelling as much as we can. And love to share our special place with other travelers. Up to 2 dogs welcome.
Whale watching and Dolphin Encounter boats leave from the marina, which is a 5 min walk from the Cottage. There are many activities, swim with the seals, kayak with guides, golf, shops, swim, learn to dive, walking tours, Albatross spotting, biking, plenty of restaurants and bars, takeaways.
Childrens playground one house away - on same side of road.
Kaikoura is where the Mountains meet the Sea and it's worth a visit for the natural beauty of the area at the very least.
