Our Home is in the very heart of Kerikeri township.This means everything is within very easy walking distance. It is a wonderful location to be able to access all the local eateries and shops for which Kerikeri is known . The children's park and skateboarding facilities are just a few minutes walk away. This accommodation has proven popular with holiday makers who want to sit and enjoy the pool as well as those who wish to explore the Bay of Islands and Northland. It also works well for longer term stays for those working in or around our town.
Sadly because of misuse we have had to introduce the policy of
1. No parties day or night .
2. The facilities are only available for those who have booked and paid.
We moved to Kerikeri 5 years ago after farming in Taranaki for many years. The warmth of the North as well as the wonderful range of outdoor activities was a huge attraction. We lived in this house we are offering you for several years over which time we completely refurbished it and transformed it into the the light ,bright and warm home it is today. We have now moved onto another project in the district but decided to offer the house as short term accommodation .
We would welcome you to stay .
