Keriwin House is an historic villa set in 6ha of which 2 ha is parklands and the remainder native bush, which hosts a large bird and Kiwi population. The 4ha of native bush is completely private and has trails where you can go Kiwi spotting at night or just enjoy the magnificent glowworm displays. We host 3 rooms, with private guest entrance. Each one of these three rooms have had over 100 5 star reviews on another popular BnB booking site. 2 rooms (Fantail and Kiwi) have a shared bathroom but there are 2 toilets for your comfort. The 3rd room (Kiwi) has its own ensuite with a kingsize bed which can be configured as a king + single, 2 singles or 3 singles. All rooms have a breakfast basket with e choices of cereal, bread with spreads, tea and coffee - including a nespresso machine with complimentary capsules. Tui and Fantail both have queen sized beds and share a fridge, whilst Kiwi has its own fridge and other facilities

The property is about 150m off the main road, but only a 5 - 7 minute drive to the CBD. Just few minutes away from Kerikeri Farmer's Market and a host of good quality restaurants very close by, the nearest only a couple of minutes away.
