Set back from the road & elevated to capture the views, guests can enjoy a peaceful stay while still being near Taupo's main attractions & eateries. Boasting 2 kitchens, games-room, private outdoor BBQ area & indoor plunge pool. Soak in the plunge-pool or retreat to the downstairs games room for table tennis, darts or to watch a movie. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with a main bathroom on each level. BEDROOMS: Downstairs: Waihaha Room: 1 King Raupo Room: 1 Queen (ensuite bathroom) Kawakawa Room: 1 King & 1 Single Kinloch Bunk Room: 4 King Singles (these are 2 sets of bunks). (ensuite bathroom) Upstairs: Whakaipo Room: 1 Super-King (ensuite bathroom) Acacia Room: 1 King Outdoor security cameras at all entrances/exits of the home. Strictly no more than 10 guests per stay. This includes children. Strictly no events/parties or loud groups. Excessive noise will not be tolerated. Additional guests above 10 will not be tolerated. Breach of the house rules will result in you being asked to leave the property immediately without a refund. This is a smoke-free property. Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Linen and exit clean are included in the nightly rate. The house must be left tidy with all dishes washed, dried and put away and rubbish must be neatly bagged.
