Our home is still under construction, but will be finished and available by early 2026. The house has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom contains two sets of bunks, one set has two single beds, and the other set has a bottom double bed and top single bed. The bedrooms are separated by the open plan living area, which contains the kitchen, dining room, and lounge. A Nespresso coffee machine is in the kitchen, so be sure to bring pods and milk. The kitchen has gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. A BBQ is available outside. The lounge has a smart TV which you can use to watch TV or play music. Our backyard is a native tree forest, where you'll discover Weka, Fantails, and other local birds. Wander along our forest path, or find a perch, and listen to bird song.

My husband (Chris) and I are excited to open up our brand holiday home to you and other travellers to explore the beautiful West Coast. You'll have the entire property to yourself as we live in Darfield (Canterbury) so you'll have complete privacy and there won't be any physical interaction between us. However, please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. We love travelling as much as you do, and we acknowledge the environmental impact of travel. At the end of our street you'll find the lake for boating or swimming, and the Lake Brunner Scenic Trail which you can walk, run, or bike along. Further afield is Mitchell's Lodge which you can catch a water taxi to and enjoy a drink in the sun on the deck, or their is the pub on the other side of the swing bridge.
