On the first level you will find bedroom one that holds a queen size bed and ceiling fan that has been installed for your comfort and bedrooms two and three that feature two single beds each. The luxurious vibe continues into the main bathroom where you will find a free standing bath, shower and basin. The toilet is separate for your convenience. The lower level lounge will become a great space for the kids or members of the family to find their own piece and quiet while zoning out in front of the TV. Open the floor to ceiling bi-fold doors and discover your very own tranquil, fully fenced outdoor pool area. Relax in comfort poolside in the sun loungers with a good book and soak up the sun or slide into the heated plunge pool, ready and all yours to enjoy, then make the most of the BBQ grill that is provided for those classic kiwi summer meals. There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer and basin for you to use if you require. Heading up the staircase, you will enter the heart of the home that seamlessly flows together. The large kitchen will have the at home chefs in heaven. Fully equipped with high quality appliances and all the amenities you will need for your stay.
