Beautiful Private Modern 2 level, 3 Bedroom Home in a unique garden setting with 2 bathrooms, lift and 2 car internal garage. Private Master Super King bedroom with ensuite and balcony and lift on second level. Fully fenced Private back yard and BBQ area Fully furnished with modern/Contemporary furniture and fully equiped kitchen Bed linen and towels included. Free wi-fi

A short stroll to the end of Lane to access the famous 10km of coastal walkway, 300 metres to the Aquatic centre, 500 metre stroll to 5 water front cafes, restaurants and fish & chips. 1km coastal walk to the centre of the CBD Shops, Len Lye Art Gallery, Restaurants, Cafes, Pukekura Park, Bowl of Brooklands and TSB Stadium Etc and well known Social Kitchen restaurant, Monicas cafe, ozone coffee
