While we aim to deliver a wonderful experience comparable to a 5-star hotel and we take pride in maintaining high standards, it is essential to clarify that we are NOT a hotel, this is a family owned and operated property. We want to manage expectations accordingly. We only provide coffee pods, tea bags and couple of normal full fat milk. Please feel free to bring your desired groceries We have cameras, actively recording on motion overlooking the driveway which records video and audio on detected motion. All devices are on the exterior of the property and don't invade any privacy.

We live in the same property ground and appreciate no loud music or extreme loud noises after 12am.

1 min drive to Markovina, 3 min to Alley Estate and Soljans, 7 min to Hunting lodge and Westbrook and 2 min to Kumeu River wineries. 4 min drive from the Kumeu center and supermarket, loads of beautiful cafes, restaurants and wineries around. Costco is only 7 min drive from here. The main Northwest and Westgate shopping mall are 10 min drive. Kumeu showground is 5 min away. New World Kumeu (supermarket) is 4 min away and they have EV charging stations.
