中国“地方很不错也很美，住的也很舒服，但服务让我很失望。我们走的时候把厨房弄的非常干净，所有的垃圾都放进了垃圾桶，碗和锅子也都放进了洗碗机开始洗涤，只有被子没有叠，我觉得民宿不至于需要你叠被子吧，没想到他们给我留言说我们把房子弄的很脏，说我不尊重他们？我要怎么弄干净呢？我承认这个房子很不错，但我不认为我需要在离开时把床铺都整理齐吧？？？我不得不怀疑他们是不是有歧视之嫌。我本来极力推荐这家给我的朋友，但我现在不会了，因为我不可能把床铺也整理干净再退房。”

Magnolia cottage is set among farmland in the beautiful Waikato district, but is only 8 mins from the city and all conveniences. There is a pub and cafe 2 kms away in Whatawhata village if you'd prefer to eat out somewhere close by. There is also a small superette 5 kms away in Te Kowhai or a supermarket in Dinsdale, 8 kms away. The cottage is very private and you can chill out away from the bustle of city life. You have the use of our lovely cottage with private outdoor bath and can meander over our 15 acre farmlet at your leisure
Gail and Brent are now retired and just love sharing their unique lifestyle property with their guests. The cottage is set on 15 acres of lush farmland with many animals
Magnolia cottage is set privately 100mtrs away from the main house. The area boasts mostly farms and lifestyle blocks and is a convenient 8 kms to Hamilton city and the iconic Hamilton gardens. The area boasts a popular village 2 kms away which has a cafe, bakery and local pub with great food.
