A newly built, stand alone home in a quiet and private spot. Located on the beautiful and tranquil Pōhutukawa Coast, just a short walk down to the beach. Enjoy a calming outlook into beautiful NZ bush. Relax and enjoy the sounds of the local native birds. A lovely clean and functional holiday home and only a short 3 minute walk to beachfront cafes and restaurants, playgrounds, bush walks, boat ramp etc. Woolworths Beachlands is an easy 5 minute drive for any supplies you might need
