Located on a working vineyard, this spacious and modern house is an ideal option for your Marlborough retreat! This Rapaura holiday home includes comfortably appointed open plan living, including 2 living rooms to ensure ample space for your group to relax - the wood-burning fireplace is the perfect addition to any winter stays, while the generous grounds and sheltered porch are on hand for easy al fresco summers... Unwind and admire the peaceful vineyard scenes! Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 each have a queen bed in the main house at this Rapaura accommodation, while bedroom 4 has a single bunk set. There are 2 full bathrooms, easily catering to families and couples. In the studio you'll find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and bathroom to cater for those larger groups. Relax and admire the serene outlook as you share a meal with your group, or find your favourite sunny spot to enjoy a good book. Netflix keeps things easy on lazy evenings indoors, while the Nespresso machine will keep the coffee lovers happy. A short drive will take you into Blenheim with a selection of wineries to explore, along with plenty of amenities and dining options. Plus, you are just 8 minutes to the airport... Please be mindful, this is a working vineyard and there will be vineyard machinery and contractors working in the vineyard from time to top bunk in bedroom 4 is rated at 85 kilograms maximum so is mainly offered for children. Adults are able to use this but most observe the weight note that the studio is connected to the house and can be accessed note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
