Nestled in a quiet spot just a short stroll from the heart of Oneroa village, Matai Cottage is a stylish two-bedroom retreat with stunning ocean views and relaxed, contemporary comfort. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups, the cottage blends classic Waiheke charm with modern convenience.
The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area is light-filled and spacious, with large windows framing the sea views and seamless flow onto the front deck. A heat pump/air conditioner ensures year-round comfort, keeping things cool in summer and cosy in winter.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, and plenty of quality cookware, so you can easily prepare meals at home. A selection of teas, coffees, and essential pantry and cleaning items are provided to get you started.
The cottage sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms — one with a queen bed, the other with a split king that can be configured as twin singles or a king. The bathroom is fresh and functional, and all rooms feature quality furnishings and luxury linens for a comfortable stay.
