After 20 yrs of owning MJ's Retreat we have decided this season to offer a reduced rate. Current high living costs, GST now being added to all holiday houses and website/management charging 9-25% the price to rent a holiday home has become expensive. We are offering the same amenities at the reduced price for our 4ha, private and secure park like grounds with a 146 m2 four bedroom house plus 120m2 deck with views of Mt Ruapehu, native bush, streams, waterfall and water features. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for 2 families. microwave, 2x fridge/freezers, fan bake oven, crock pot, rice cooker, blender, coffee, tea, sugar, spices provided. The house is kept really warm with a large 27kw fire place. Oil fin heaters in each bedroom and woolen electric blankets. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail [at 27c}. The property is on a 27ha subdivision. It is private and secure. You cannot see the neighbours houses. There is plenty of parking, room to kick a ball around and quiet.
