We offer the approximately 50m2 ground floor area of our home. This space consists of a lounge area incorporating a kitchenette and dinette area, there is a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom.
There is a small covered outdoor setting, and convenient car parking.
Our space is nothing fancy, but it is well equipped, warm in winter, cool in summer, relaxed and comfortable.
We are a middle aged couple with a bit of an empty nest, we are keen waterskiers and also enjoy getting away in our caravan. We have a few chickens which are a bit of fun, and we are trying to develop good vegetable gardens also.
Amanda is the North Island Regional Manager for a property management firm, and Colin is a Plumber/Drainlayer/Gasfitter.
When you stay with us we want you to feel like you are staying with “friends of friends”.
The area we live in is pretty ordinary by NZ standards. It’s a fairly normal 1980’s era well established neighbourhood that is generally pretty quiet. Rotorua is a fairly compact place so we are still conveniently located to most of Rotorua’s attractions and activities.
