Fiona has a passion for cooking . Her food philosophy is fresh and seasonal and likes to show case the local produce in the area. Both Alistair and Fiona have traveled extensively along with living in both Asia and Australia for a number of years. They are now enjoying sharing their love of New Zealand with guests from around the world. Alistair is both a keen fisherman and enjoys gardening.

Lake Dunstan is situated half way between Queenstown and Wanaka. The area is quickly being known for its fine wine - specifically Pinot Noir - both large and boutique vineyards can be explored with a 10 minute drive. Lake Dunstan has exceptional fishing along with other water sports. Numerous walks in the area - including a short walk up the 45th parallel from the property.
