A tidy bedroom with ensuite and access to an outdoor area.
Wifi is available plus heating and aircon. THe room comes with a small fridege, microwave, kettle, coffee/tea and a desk.
Parking on the street is free.
The host works from home and there are 2 cats who live at the property also.
Hamilton East is near a great area for dining any time of the day with options to suit all needs. The city center is a 20min walk away and riverside walk, run or biking is a close walk away too. The Hamilton Gardens are 15mins walk up the road as well. There are lots of options to entertain yourself without needing to get in the car.
