This is a fully self contained unit on the bottom level of our main home. Completely separate with its own driveway and amenities. The space: Nellies Nest is the lower level of our three story home. We live in the top two levels and your space is completely separate with your own parking, entrance, patio and fully self contained living space. Our part of the house is locked off and our parking and entrance is separate. Other things to note: We have the option of turning the second bedroom from two singles to a queen size. Please let me know. This is a spacious living space, you are welcome to bring extra mattress but there is additional charges.
