Ngaio Beach House is just a short stroll along a private wooded walkway to the golden sands of Ngaio Bay Beach. The home is close to Kaiteriteri, Kaiteriteri MTB park, The Abel Tasman National Park, Motueka, Great Taste Cycle Trail, parks. **NOTES: Maximum Guest & Vehicle numbers - Please note that a maximum of 6 guests only are permitted to stay at this property with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Visitors are not permitted here. Tidal Access - At times of particularly high tides (Approx 1~2 times each month), the access road will be covered with seawater for a short period of time around mid-day & mid-night. Tank water supply - we ask that you be thoughtful with water use. Conservation is particularly important through our dryer Summer months. WiFi - Speed is variable & works best with a single device connected. Mobile coverage is available, but not strong at the house. A local phone is provided for free local calling. Vehicle access to the beach is not permitted. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
