Ngapuna Cottage is a lifestyle block at Halswell 8 km from Christchurch City centre. We have sheep, hens and alpacs. The cottage is within a large garden with an extensive private outside area. There is a heated swimming pool, open December - April, for guests use. The owners also live on the property and enjoy helping guests make the most of their stay.
Karen and Grant have rented their cottage to guests for over 25 years and enjoy making guests make the most of their stay.
Centre of Halswell with restaurants, a supermarket, chemist, butcher, eateries, shops, Public leasure centre and Halswell on-the-park and Halswell Quarry park all very close.
We are a 8 minute drive from Ngapunawai sports complex, the Christchurch showgrounds Christchurch entertainment stadium, the rugby stadium and Pioneer stadium.
Banks Peninsular is on our doorstep with Akaroa a short 50 minute drive whilst the central city is easily accessable with regular bus services or a 15 minute car drive.
