Close to beach with amazing sea views. less than 2 minutes from the beach via private steps onto boardwalk. Coastal walk-way less than 1 minute walk. Local dairy/takeaway less than 5 minutes away. Dargaville township 15 minutes drive. Garage (double) is available to park in, and room for two cars down driveway although driveway is steep. Can park on lawn at top of drive on eastside of shed. There is one bike available for use.
