On The Green is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Pauanui holiday home plus 2 bedroom sleepout. Enjoy the peaceful location right on the golf course, moments from the shopping centre and just minutes from the estuary or beach! This Pauanui holiday home is a relaxed and comfortable holiday base for up to 11 guests. The main house includes cosy, open plan living that flows onto the front deck. The front deck is spacious and offers great views of the golf course, or wander to the rear deck for laid back BBQs in the sun! Bedroom 1 at this Pauanui accommodation is located off the living area, and is fitted with a queen bed. It also has an ensuite bathroom plus deck access for easy summer stays. Also located off the living area, bedroom 2 includes a king-single bunk beds plus a single trundle bed which can either be added to make the bottom bunk bed into a double bed or be a third bed in this bedroom. A bathroom and laundry complete the indoor setup in the main house, plus there is an outdoor hot shower in the backyard when required. The separate sleepout is situated next to the main house, and includes 2 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, and bedroom 2 is fitted with single bunk beds and a fold-out couch. The sleepout also includes a heat pump for both the summer and winter months. Kick back on the deck, enjoy a round of golf just moments from your door, wander down to the shops or head to the beach or the estuary. Pauanui welcomes you for a refreshing getaway On The Green! Property is situated next to the golf course – whilst protected by the large trees up the fairway, a stray ball or two can still be found on the property from stray note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. Just over 2 hours from Auckland, Pauanui is one of the most popular holiday towns in the Coromandel. Pauanui enjoys white sand beaches with a surf life saving club and a number of walking tracks including the Mount Pauanui summit track, which will give you stunning views of the coastline and out to the Mercury Islands.
