Archecturally designed with eco features such as Macrocarpa timber construction lots of sun with a look that blends it into the hill side. Spectacular views back into the city. Access by way of a cable car (funicular) add interest to arriving for a stay. The bathroom is particularly small but very functional.
Paula and I built this house completing it in 2013 . We have now moved to the South Island for more of a rural lifestyle.
The place where all the locals flock to on a sunny day for the location close to the city centre sandy beach easyly shelfing into the water and the fountain as its centre piece.
