There is a dining table that seats four and seating at the kitchen island. Creating the perfect indoor outdoor flow the entire frontage of the bungalow opens out to a large deck with seating and a BBQ. The bathroom has a shower over a bathtub. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. There is no need to bring your shampoo, conditioner & body wash as we supply these along with quality towels, beach towels and all bedding. The majority of the property is fenced, has a garage and extra off street parking. A sea peep reminds you of just how close you are to the beach. A short walk from the Bungalow is Central Parade where there are some of Mount Maunganui's best eateries and a supermarket where there are EV charging stations. A very short distance from there is the Bay Oval international cricket ground, Blake Park is home to cricket, hockey, rugby, sevens and touch, Tauranga Netball Centre, Mount Maunganui Tennis Club and the Mount Sports Centre. Tell the kids to bring their skateboards & scooters as there is a huge skatepark opposite the supermarket. There is a BBQ at the bungalow but If you like to BBQ by the beach, just down the road there are public BBQs and picnic tables with stunning views of the ocean. Everything mentioned above is within walking distance. Mount Mainstreet shopping centre where there is an abundance of eateries to choose from and boutique stores is a 3.5km drive or to walk takes approximately 30 minutes.
