Company information

Finalists 2014 AA Travel NZ Hosts of the Year i.e. Top Three in NZ. Our interests include golf, family and our love of the Bay of Islands and all that Northland and New Zealand has to offer our guests. A family run business with each apartment individually owned but managed by us as if each was our own.

More spacious than your average Paihia Motel/Hotel/Apartment. 10 x Two bedroom apartments on same size property as other properties with 30 plus apartments. Full kitchen dining area and lounge area. Double bathroom vanities with separate shower and separate spa bath. On line "walk-through" available.

Neighbourhood information

Paihia is the gateway to the Bay of Islands. We are just minutes from the main wharf where all the activities heading into the Bay leave from. The property is central and an easy walk to restaurants, and access to all local activities is easy from the Pioneer. For most activities the car can be parked (one car park per apartment is allocated) and walking is the convenient way to get there .. range further afield and a car is useful!
