Free use of e-scooter, use of 2 x adults bikes, toddler bike seat and kids bike (5 - 8yo). There are nearby safe bike lanes to beaches. The apartment is walking distance to big playground. Windows on three sides plus balcony facing the internal private dock gives plenty of light plus street noise is minimised. Secure underground basement carpark will give you peace of mind.
About me?
I've travelled the world and been to most of Europe, China, the Americas and South East Asia. Not to forget Australia. I love renting my apartment and hosting people from all around the world. I get great pleasure from helping them have a wonderful stay in Auckland.
About the neighborhood?
The apartment is nestled between the 5-star Park Hyatt and the 4-star Sofitel hotels. Spa treatments in both the hotels can be easily booked plus walk two minutes in either direction to try out the luxury cocktail bars, cafes and restaurants in these hotels and in the surrounding area. There are number of excellent playgrounds close by plus easy access to the motorway and ferries. Corporate offices are close by for NZs top companies such as Fonterra and Auckland Transport and during the day there are many great value eateries catering to the corporate foot traffic. Walking distance to the Spark Area and Commercial Bay. This really is the best location in central Auckland.
