Down the end of a super-quiet cul-de-sac you are free to come and go as you please with your own private space. 20 minutes to Auckland International / Domestic Airport. 10 minutes to Auckland Botanical Gardens and Rainbows End. 5 minutes to Takanini Train Station. 5 minutes to motorway. Fully private guest area downstairs with separate entrance and off-street parking. 1 x large bedroom with a Queen bed. 1 x large bedroom with 2 x King Single beds and 1 x cot (2nd cot available on request). 1 x Private living area with 3 + 1 seater couch and Smart TV. 1 x Private Kitchenette (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooktop, sink). An additional baby crib or a baby bathtub is available on request. Private full bathroom. Private paid laundry (may be shared with hosts for long stays). Wireless internet is provided. Strict House Rules! No Smoking, No Vaping, No Drugs or excessive drinking, No visitors after 8pm. Please only use as many beds as people booked e.g. if you booked for 2 people, please use a maximum of 2 beds. If you use extra beds you will be charged for an additional person.
