Pinnacle Villa is a fantastic spacious and sunny holiday home for all seasons. With unbelievable views and nestled in a peaceful location above the Shotover River, it provides easy access to the historic Shotover River Bridge and all the walking and biking trails along the river and beyond. Multiple golf courses and the ski fields are also 10-20 minutes by car. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, this home is the perfect accommodation for families or groups of up to 8 guests. The clever architectural design of this beautiful vacation rental provides gorgeous mountain views through the floor to ceiling feature windows out to The Remarkables, Cardrona and Coronet Peak. With an open planned design, the dining area and kitchen is located behind the large entertainer’s lounge, with an adjoining second living space providing the perfect spot to relax with a book in the afternoon sun. To the rear of the property is a stunning rustic outdoor fireplace and dining area – perfect for entertaining, and the front deck offers a private spa pool with views of the mountains. The master bedroom, with en suite, sits to the west of the house, and the three other bedrooms (one with en suite, and two with a shared bathroom) are located to the east. With captivating views from all bedrooms, it’s hard to get up in the morning! In winter months, soak in the spa after skiing then enjoy the underfloor heating, oil-filled radiators, and a cosy ambience with the gas fireplace.
