We are long term Waiheke residents and enjoy meeting guests from all over the world. We love out little piece of paradise here on the island and welcome you to our home.

The perfect romantic retreat. Close to the action but quiet when you need it. This beautifully renovated studio (bedroom & bathroom) is situated on the desirable Newton Road just 5 minutes from the entertainment and hospitality facilities of Oneroa village. Bordering on the Kaitiaki Newton Reserve there are numerous formed trails through native bush and along the cliffs & shoreline to enjoy.
Experience the view of Oneroa Beach across the native bush valley, the cheeky Tuis' birdsong and the one of the islands best beaches on your doorstep.
Enjoy the spacious garden and complete the day with a swim at Little Oneroa Beach before a wonderful sunset colouring the western sky whilst enjoying a delicious wine from one of the many Waiheke vineyards.
Breakfast is provided (if requested): muesli, fruit, yoghurt, toast and jam plus tea, plunger coffee and hot chocolate always available.

20 min walk to little Oneroa Beach. A short drive or 25 min walk into Big Oneroa Beach and village with a variety of shops, banks, the post office, gas station, cafes & restaurants. The village also includes various Art Centres, a Four Square superette, Fruit & Veg shops and 2 Liquor stores. Oneroa is the only place you will find ATM machines. Only 8 minute drive to the passenger ferry located at Matiatia and approximately 15 minutes to the car ferry at Kennedy Point.
