Perfect for families or couples seeking extra space in a peaceful, nature-connected setting. * Children - With staircases & terraced gardens this home is not ideal for preschool children. * Garage - Please note the garage is not accessible to guests. Offstreet & onstreet parking is offered. * Personal home - this property is made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings. * Stairs - This is a two storey home. Climbing/descending stairs is necessary here. * BOND REQUIREMENT: Credit card details and an authority to charge are required before your stay. The cardholder is responsible for leaving the property and its contents as found. By booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge for any loss, damage, or extra cleaning beyond fair wear and tear. The provider may request reconfirmation of your agreement and card details if needed.

Richmond town, which has all the amenities one could need is a 20minute walk or is 5 minute by car. Rabbit Island and Tahunanui beach are both a 15 minute car ride away. Artsy and bustling Nelson is also only a 15 minute drive away.
