This lovely wee studio is located on the Clutha River in Albert Town.
It is a separate studio at the rare of the property with off street parking.
Next to the studio is direct access to:
* Walking Track / Bike Trail along the Clutha River & Deans Bank, * Fishing - both Fly & Lure fishing options on the Clutha River & famous Deans Bank, * Swimming /Dip in the River.
Welcome to our piece of paradise!
We are Todd, Amy & Pixie (small dog) that live in the main dwelling right on the river.
We want your stay to be comfortable & enjoyable.
If you want recommendations on things to do, places to eat etc. we are here to help.
We respect your privacy but are onsite if needed.
Only a short 4 minute WALK to the following amenities:
