The property is on a scenic drive with panoramic lake views from Bombay Hills North to Huntly power station stacks in the south. Within 30 minutes you can drive to Bracau olive grove restaurant or south towards Cambridge the lovely manor and restaurant at Woodlands Estate and of course the Hampton Downs racetrack and popular Go Karts which is off the Waikato Expressway. Across the lake to Rangiriri historical pa and site of land wars, there are various monuments and Greenstone museum to visit and then enjoy the garden bar at the Rangiriri historic hotel. There is 1km walkway around a wetland park, 3km along the road. We are 10km from the closest village so you will need your own transport. The house is set on top of a hill to take advantage of the stunning views, there is a well formed drive of concrete and metal and plenty of parking by the house and a lot of room to turn cars.
